Aww of the day...

So...my Blog Conscience has been screaming at me. Kari! I confess that my life is just a boring treadmill at the moment. I would cringe to have to share my happenings at the moment. Where is the fun? I need a better hobby than working at the elementary school.... :P. Anyhooo...you seemed to like my photos of "my baby James", so here I'll try to soften you with my own little photos. I see these photos and imagine a severely shy little girl. To add salt to the wound--about 10 years ago my mom admitted that I was so quiet and was carried everywhere that the neighbors would question whether I had "special needs" or not. Grrrr. My defense is that the neighborhood had lots of girls about 5 - 10 years older that did all of my speaking and transporting.

It also seems that once the pixie haircut was grown out, I always had those sponge rollers in my hair. It doesn't amaze me that I had ringlets all the time. I loved them! The only time I regretted ringlets was when Vickie Chappel would keep pulling them during Primary (church) and let them recoil with a loud, "BOING!" Sounds like something straight out of Ramona the Pest.

Ah, Suzie, I have so many other pictures that I could post of your younger days! But being the nice older brother that I am (lol), I will resist the temptation to post them. I still like James' pony shirt the best.

So cute. Brielle is all you, don't you think? Posting old photos is so fun for everyone, the poster and the reader! We need more, like a wedding photo!!!!

Umm, yes, my sister had to mention the buck teeth and huge glasses. I left those pix out on purpose. Why did my mom allow me out of the house in those days???? Oh yeah--and it was the 70's...I can't believe I'm not living in a convent.

Yes I can relate. It is sad when I run into someone I haven't seen in awhile and they ask what is new, and I honestly answer... nothing. But these photos of you are darling!!! I will try not to hate you for having great hair from birth!

Happy Day, you found some more pictures! (Of course, you don't need wild and crazy activities for blogs...blog what you had for breakfast! What are your pet peeves! What is your favorite quote and why?) :)

I am Ramona the Pest too because I did that to a Sister Missionary when I was living in Naperville, Ill. The funniest thing is that once when I THOUGHT I was "boinging' her hair, the woman turned around and it was someone I didn't even know! It turns out she was investigating the Church! I was SOOOOS embarrassed.
